Mr Percival Billimoria (Percy) is a partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas. Percy, who is also a chartered accountant by qualification, has, during a career span of over 27 years, specialised in legal services to international companies and investors doing business in India. His expertise includes commercial and antitrust litigation. Percy appears before the Competition Appellate Tribunal (COMPAT) and the Supreme Court of India on anti-trust matters apart from undertaking commercial litigation at other forums.

Percy is a member of the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India’s (ASSOCHAM) national council for competition law and also the unilateral conduct committee of the American Bar Association’s section of antitrust laws.
